Hope Fang

As Facilities Development Director, Hope has her hand in allaspects of facilities development. She guides child care providers and the BUOteam through every phase of a project – from site feasibility and acquisitionto project budgeting and timeline to facility design and construction.

In addition to a background in urban planning, Hope bringsnearly 20 years of experience managing school facilities planning anddevelopment projects. She is passionate about BUO’s mission of expanding accessto child care, reflecting, “After experiencing the challenges of findingaffordable quality care for my own kids, I became interested in use my skillsand experience towards improving child care.”

Based in Los Angeles, Hope enjoys travelling, volunteering,and perusing the farmers market.
