BuildUp Oregon Plans to Reopen Interest Form July 2026

Multnomah County is closer than ever to achieving universal access to preschool through Preschool for All! In this final stage of growth, BuildUp Oregon is working in partnership with the Preschool and Early Learning Division to update program guidelines that better reflect the evolving needs of the community.

Some of the updates include identifying new priority geographic areas, schedule types that meet a diversity of family needs, curriculum, and dual language programs. We are also working on process changes that reflect feedback and data we received from the first two years of implementing the Facilities Fund.

We plan to reopen our interest form to all providers in early July 2026, alongside the release of updated program guidelines.
